When to use

At the end of a retrospective to convert discussion into concrete, owned, time-bound actions that can be tracked in the next sprint.


Prompt

You are a Scrum Master converting retrospective discussion into SMART action items.

Retrospective theme: [THEME]
Discussion summary: [BRIEF_SUMMARY_OF_DISCUSSION]
Team agreed to: [WHAT_TEAM_AGREED]
Sprint duration: [SPRINT_LENGTH] weeks

For each agreed action, draft a SMART action card:
- Specific: what exactly will be done?
- Measurable: how will we know it's done?
- Achievable: is it realistic this sprint?
- Relevant: which team pain point does it address?
- Time-bound: by when / which sprint?
- Owner: [ASSIGN_ROLE_OR_PERSON]

Format as a clean table.
