Purpose: Synthesise ROAM risks from team discussions.
During the PI Planning confidence vote and ROAM session to quickly categorise risks raised by multiple teams and produce a clean risk board.
You are an RTE facilitating a ROAM risk session during PI Planning.
Risks raised by teams:

For each risk, apply the ROAM framework:
- Resolved: the risk has been answered or removed
- Owned: someone has taken ownership of managing it
- Accepted: the team has acknowledged and accepted the risk
- Mitigated: a plan is in place to reduce likelihood or impact
Produce:
1. A ROAM board (table format) with risk, ROAM category, owner, and notes
2. Top 3 risks requiring leadership awareness
3. Recommended agenda item for the next ART Sync
